[SV-38930] [SV-38934] Robustness fixes for Timer events. A RESTApp that causes problems during event execution should not abort the event execution completely

[SV-38663] Strict CSP configuration could cause CSP errors for Search module and Search Faceted module. The default velocity templates for these modules are now updated.
