Scheduled Script Job

Scheduled Script jobs has support for the Sitevision API when a start node is selected for the scheduled script job, see example below.

Go to <address/admin> -> Cluster -> Tab Tasks -> Add Script job.

Elements available in the Velocity Context
Name	Type and description
jcrSession	javax.jcr.Session

sitevisionUtils	senselogic.sitevision.api.Utils
	The main entry point to all utility classes

Since some internals of the Sitevision API relies on an actual request, some functionality might not work properly.

If a page (i.e. page, site or article) is selected as start node, Sitevison will try to mimick a request to that page. This will diminish the number of functions that might not work properly.
