sv:cssRuleRepository
There is always one and only one css rule repository as child node to the site (sv:site) node. It contains zero or more css rules (sv:cssRule) as child nodes.
The css rule repository is defined as part of the appearance site properties underneath the decorations tab and contains the css rules defined for the site.
